Squash scoreboard

A scoreboard on your court's glass wall

Players add points by touching the glass, and the score lights up both on court and in the corridor. No paper, no calling out the score and no arguing about it.

How it works

Three things that happen with every point.

  1. A touch through the glass

Each player has their own spot on the glass. After winning a rally they touch it, and a short sound confirms the point: a different one for each player, so everyone hears who scored.

  2. The score on court and in the corridor

The scoreboard has two displays showing the same score: one faces the court, the other the corridor. It counts games to 11 points with a two-point lead by itself.

  3. Data in the cloud

While the scoreboard is connected, every change of score goes to the cloud over WiFi. When the internet is down, play goes on without interruption.

Why a scoreboard on the glass

A scoreboard that works in every match, not just at tournaments.

  • Nobody has to remember the score

Players don't have to remember the score or call it out. Points and games light up on the glass for the whole match.

  • The court is visible from the corridor

The second display shows the score to players waiting for the court and to spectators. The next players can see how far the match has got.

  • Simple to use

No phone or remote needed to play. A mistake is undone with a gesture on the glass, a new match starts with a single move, and after 30 minutes without play the scoreboard resets itself.

  • No internet or staff needed

The scoreboard starts by itself when the power comes on, and play works even when the connection is down. We update the software remotely.

What your Club gets

A court with the score on the glass is still rare. The Club that has it first is the one people talk about.

  • Stand out from other clubs

A scoreboard on the glass is still new on squash courts. Players remember the Club where the score lights up on the glass and tell their friends about it.

  • Easier for beginners

Beginners don't need to know how to keep score: the scoreboard tracks points and games to 11 with a two-point lead by itself. Less confusion in the first matches means more people coming back to the court.

  • More excitement in every match

The score in sight, a sound with every point and an animation after each game won make an ordinary practice match feel like the real thing. Players get a reason to come back.

  • A court people want to show off

The glowing score looks great in the photos and videos players post on social media, with your Club in the background.

Your own scoreboard in your bag

The scoreboard doesn't have to stay on one wall. Take it to your match and fix it to the glass of whichever court you're playing on.

  • Runs on a power bank

The scoreboard is powered over USB-C (5 V), so an ordinary power bank is enough when you travel.

  • On any court

Mounting is easy and leaves no trace: fix the scoreboard to the back glass before the match and take it off afterwards.

  • No internet needed

Points, games and both displays run in the scoreboard itself: you don't need WiFi or a phone to play.

Frequently asked questions

How is the scoreboard mounted?

Easily and without a trace: the scoreboard fixes to the back glass on the corridor side, with no drilling and no tools, and comes off just as easily. Nothing goes onto the court, and players touch it through the glass.

What does it need for power?

The scoreboard is powered over USB-C (5 V). On a club court a mains adapter in a socket near the glass is most convenient; when you travel, a power bank will do. After a power cut it switches back on by itself.

Does the scoreboard need WiFi?

Yes, to send scores to the cloud and to receive updates: the scoreboard connects to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network, for example the Club's. You choose the network from a phone on a page the scoreboard opens itself after you hold its setup button. You don't need WiFi just to play.

What happens when there is no internet?

Play goes on as usual: points, games and both displays run in the scoreboard itself. A lost connection only affects sending data to the cloud.

What about servicing?

We update the software remotely, without visiting your Club. If something doesn't work, write to us.
