Privacy policy

The only data you give us yourself comes through the contact form. Like any website, we also technically process your IP address and browser data. Below we explain who is responsible, why we do it and what your rights are.

Data controller

The controller of personal data from the contact form is:

Purpose and legal basis

We process your name, e-mail, phone number, whether you write as a Club or a player, club name, city, number of courts and message only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer or a trial shipment of the scoreboard. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to the message you send us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without the required fields.

We process your IP address and browser data to serve the site, protect the form from bots and measure how the site works; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not make automated decisions or profile you.

Who processes the data for us

The data is processed on our behalf by service providers bound by data processing agreements:

  • Google (Google Workspace: e-mail, Google Sheets and Apps Script) – receiving the enquiry and correspondence.
  • Cloudflare (website hosting, Turnstile bot protection for the form, Web Analytics statistics).
  • Grafana Labs (Grafana Faro: site performance and error monitoring, hosted in the European Union).

Google, Cloudflare and Grafana Labs may also process data outside the European Economic Area (including the USA), based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell the data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep the data

We keep the enquiry and correspondence for 24 months from our last contact with you and then delete it. If we sign a contract, the data needed to perform and settle it is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • have your data corrected,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.

To exercise your rights, write to the address above.

Statistics and cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, so it shows no consent banner. We count visits and measure how the site works with Cloudflare Web Analytics and Grafana Faro, which do not collect what you type into the form. Faro may store an identifier of the current session in your browser, and Turnstile protection data used to tell people from bots; neither is used to track you on other sites.
